College Ave side-path now open to bicycles
Separated 8' bridge over Amtrak/Septa line in Newark now connects UD South Campus with James Hall Trail. Cyclists must ride cautiously and yield to pedestrians as required.

I suppose this is a good thing. I used to use the bridge sometimes but opted for going on the road to avoid sidewalk riding or a merge after the bridge. There really aren't too many options for space here and the best would be to get cars to keep to the 25mph speed limit there.
