WILMAPCO Amends TIP to Include Industrial Track

The WILMAPCO Council voted this evening to amend the Transportation Improvement Program to include funding for design and engineering of the final phase of the Wilmington-to-New Castle Industrial Track.

This is Delaware's first ever "CMAQ"-funded bike project.
